Rtr. Hardik Varaiya is a business management graduate from Mumbai university and holds a Masters Degree in Finance from Middlesex University, London.

Currently he is into property and finance consulting business.

He likes to explore and travel, know people from different cultural backgrounds and communities. His keen interest towards the community had given him an opportunity to become the secretary for the year 2015-2016. He continues to take another responsibility as a treasurer this year.

Rtr. Leroi Lobo, born on the 15th day of October, 1991, is fun loving, adventurous and driven by social commitments. He is a lawyer by profession and a rotaractor by choice. He is very jovial and a good company to be with. He is the co-founder of his Law Firm known as Lobo & Associates. He has shown his excellent leadership skills in various endeavours taken up in the Rotaract Movement. He is extremely helpful and loving. He enjoys football, badminton, swimming, travelling, and so much more.

Rtr. Leroi Lobo has been instrumental in various initiatives taken up by the Rotaract Club of Palghar. The idea of designing a website, a logo and a theme logo was entirely his brainchild. He loves to be among friends and appreciates every effort, however small it may be, in development of the Rotaract Movement. He is aimed at developing the professional calibre of the club alongwith the community at large.

Rtr. Raghav Deshmukh is an enigmatic mind, a happy soul, a traveller by passion and an engineering student by profession as well as an enthusiastic social person on a roller coaster ride of adrenaline who loves meeting new folks, exploring new places, embracing new ideas and implementing them. He does not just dream of achieving something, he gets out there and achieves it. The mere thought of learning about new cultures, new languages, new places, tasting new food excites him. He has loved leading. His persona has always been synonymous with the word independence, as he is fiercely independent. He is a go-getter by nature and tends to accomplish anything which gets into his mind.

Rtr. Avani Shah is a graduate in B.Com from Mumbai University in the year 2014-2015 and has completed Diploma in Fashion Designing course from INIFD Institute, Versova (Andheri).

She has been searching for ways to make new friends, learn new things, to do social service and to make use of every skill in her day-to-day life, and Rotaract has given her the platform where she can do so.

She has played a vital role in the Rotaract Club of Palghar since the charter year. She has held various posts in the Club every year and has shown everyone her passion of being a Rotaractor. The pratham year 2016-17 was very well planned under her leadership. She is also holding the post of Joint Director, Community Service among the District Council Members under the leadership of DRR Rtr. Om Chawla.

Rtr. Saurabh Patil, born on September 16th, 1994 in a beautiful place called Palghar. A 21 Year Old EXTC Engineer is a person who loves meeting new people, trekking, eating all sorts of food, travelling, doing social work to make the world a better place (hence Rotaract!), reading, riding motorcycles... quite a lot actually!!! (but with proper riding gears).

Rtr. Mihir is the Charter President of the Rotaract Club of Palghar, and in the succeeding years he has served as IPP and Club Advisor and is Club Advisor and Community Director in the current year.
He has acquired his Bachelor degree in Accountancy and Finance.

Currently he is the proprietor of Durvankur Infrastructures and has two residential projects in progress.

Being a very strong support for the club members, he has been successful in motivating new members.

Rtr. Tanvi Dange is the charter member of Rotaract Club of Palghar. Her countless efforts for the club is worth mentioning and she was the RC Palghar President for the year 2015-2016.She has completed her bacherlors degree in Science in Information Technology. Her hobbies include reading, writing, singing and travelling. She was instrumental in acquiring a support from a private company under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for the club. She has also made the Rotary-Rotaract relations very strong during her presidency. She has always wanted to keep tied all the bonds of the Rotaract family.
